LADY VJ, EMG, EEE, EEC, is the founder and head of The Lady & Gent School. As an Elite Modern Governess (EMG), she serves as a trusted advisor to private households and distinguished individuals, providing expert guidance in modern etiquette, personal branding, and a refined presence. Recognized as an Elite in Elegance and Etiquette (EEE), she offers a contemporary perspective on social grace, refinement, and transformative soft skills. As an Elite in Elegant Communication (EEC), her credentials demonstrate mastery in refined speaking, polished presentation, and graceful delivery—empowering clients to communicate with clarity, poise, and relevance.

At The Lady & Gent School, LADY VJ empowers adults, children, and groups to stand out and lead with confidence. Her professional training spans Europe, America, and Africa, and she holds certificates from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and The Protocol School of Washington.

Before founding The Lady & Gent School, LADY VJ launched NOTIQ.com, a global lifestyle brand known for its high-end, sustainable personal organization products—later licensed and sold in Target stores across the United States.

When she’s not speaking, teaching, or leading business meetings, LADY VJ remains deeply committed to her community, actively serving on school boards. She also enjoys writing, reading, and cooking for her husband, children, and their beloved Maltese dog.
